CPVP Overview

I work with small businesses on monthly retainers with clearly defined scopes, designed to keep support predictable and affordable.

Retainer Structure & Time Allocation

  • Services are provided on a monthly retainer basis
  • Each package includes a maximum number of service hours per month
  • Time is tracked in 15-minute increments
  • Unused hours do not roll over (Hours are reset on the monthly billing anniversary date.)

If the monthly hour limit is reached before the end of a billing cycle, services will pause until the next billing period unless additional hours are approved in writing and billed separately, subject to availability.

Service Provider Meeting Hours:

  • Monday and Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM Mountain Time
  • Friday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM Mountain Time

Availability and response occur during these hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Meetings, calls, and texts are included only if expressly stated in the selected Package Schedule; otherwise, communication is via email only (fastest response medium).

Service Provider Normal Working Hours:

My working days/hours are flexible due to personal responsibilities, but the normal time frame is usually Monday - Friday, 6:00 PM MTN -11:00 PM MTN except Statutory Holidays.

Response Time Targets (during business hours):

  • Package 1: work begins within 2 business days

  • Package 2: work begins within 1 business day

  • Package 3: priority / same day, where reasonably possible

Client Agrees To

  • Provide timely access to required systems, platforms, and tools

  • Supply complete and accurate content, credentials, assets, and approvals

  • Respond to requests for clarification or approval within a reasonable timeframe

  • Acknowledge that delays in Client response may impact timelines

Service Provider is not responsible for delays or impacts caused by Client inaction, incomplete information, or restricted access.

Payment Terms

  • Applicable provincial taxes (GST, HST, and/or PST) are exclusive of monthly amounts and based on the province of the client.
  • Out-of-Country (Canada) taxes are out of scope and are client's responsibility.
  • A monthly retainer (prepayment) is due each month prior to continuing services.
  • Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins.
  • Payable via e-transfer, direct deposit, or Stripe (processing fee is paid by client).

Term & Termination

After the Contract is signed, either Party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice via email.

Upon termination:

  • No refunds are issued for unused time

  • Client remains responsible for access credentials and data

  • Service Provider has no obligation to provide ongoing support after termination

The Contract provides further information regarding both party's rights, intellectual property, etc.
